We are a mother-daughter team, Jolene Wike and Jennifer Lagunte, who come from a family of entrepreneurs. Our ‘ohana has been part of the small business community on Hawai’i Island for generations. It all started with a flower shop in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i in 1985. Running a retail business with perishable inventory, we learned first hand how important knowing your numbers is to the success or failure of an operation. (No joke!)

Over the years, we’ve seen many Hawai’i Island businesses shut down, only to be kept alive in local style directions...“you know where the old _______ is? Take a right there.”

We thought, how can we help more small businesses succeed in Hawai’i?

We founded Precision Bookkeeping in 2014 to help Hawai’i Island businesses and organizations thrive. Together, we bring over 40 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience to each client relationship. We are proud members of the AIPB American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
